Newpower Soul
Newpower Soul is the third album credited to the New Power Generation. However, Prince is the lead vocalist, appears on the cover (as Symbol) and toured the album extensively so it is listed on this site. The album is mostly a funk and R&B album with a new age influence on some songs.
The album notably features the return of the Oberheim OB-8 and Linn LM-1, whilst otherwise continuing the style of Emancipation.
Prince toured the album from April to December 1998.
