The Boss DM-2 Delay is an effects pedal used by Prince in the 1990s. It appeared on Prince’s first pedalboard and can be heard on 1999, Purple Rain and Around The World In A Day. It can be heard on the Linn LM-1 parts of “When Doves Cry”. It was replaced by the newer Boss DSD-2 Digital Delay/Sampler in 1986 or 1987.
It was used by Wendy Melvoin and Lisa Coleman on the Purple Rain tour.
